Shipping & Delivery
Most orders placed on weekdays before noon PST are shipped on the same day. We work from 8 am — 5 pm PST. Saturday and Sunday are days off.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
The products are delivered to all 50 states using USPS, FedEx, or another convenient way for you. It may be regular shipping or priority mail. Typical shipping time is 1 to 7 business days. The cost and delivery time depend on the shipping method you choose. You can choose the appropriate shipping method at the time of placing your order. Factors Affecting Delivery Dates
The products are delivered within the specified period to the address entered at the order. Our shipping department works like Swiss watches but it's important to keep in mind holidays and inclement weather when delivery cannot be done. The shipping period doesn't take into account the time to prepare the products for shipment. It varies depending on the quantity and types of products that have been ordered.
Delays in Delivery
In case of delay in delivery, you will be informed about it and will be notified about the new delivery date. If you have not received your products on time, please let us know and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible. Inform us about this in your online account or via email to email@example.com.
Missing, Damaged or Wrong Products
When you receive a parcel, make sure that your products have been delivered in full and match your order placed on the website. Check that the package and the products have not been damaged. If you find a missing, damaged or wrong product, you can notify us about it within 3 calendar days. It can be done via firstname.lastname@example.org. The complaint will be processed and you will receive additional instructions.
